Shipping policy

Orders are normally shipped within 3-4 working days of placing your order.  However it may take a little longer during busy periods e.g. in the run up to Christmas.

Orders are sent using 2nd class post free of charge. There is the option to upgrade to 1st class post, Tracked 48, Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Special Delivery at an additional cost. 

Items will normally arrive within 2 to 5 working days after they have been despatched, however this timeframe may increase during busy periods e.g. in the run up to Christmas or during industrial action. If you need your order urgently we recommend ordering in plenty of time or upgrading to a faster/tracked shipping option.

Please be advised once an order has been despatched it is out of our control how long it will take to arrive. 

2nd class post will normally take 2-5 working days to arrive.

1st class post will normally take 1-2 working days to arrive. 

Tracked 48 will normally take 2-4 working days to arrive.

Tracked 24 will normally take 1-2 working days to arrive.

Royal Mail Special Delivery should arrive the next day.

All of these time frames are estimates and not guaranteed, as sometimes delays happen en route.
