When will my order be despatched?

My current despatch time is 2-4 working days.

What is laser engraving?

Laser engraving is where a laser burns/etches text or a design into a product e.g. slate or wood. 

When engraving into wood the colour can vary from black to brown.

There is soot/black residue on my golf tees

Your golf tees are laser engraved, this requires burning into wood. During this process soot is created. I do my best to remove as much soot as possible, however there may be some residual soot on the golf tees, or in the bag they arrive in. Any residual soot can be removed by wiping it with your finger or a soft cloth.
